A well-established company in the ICT and office solutions industry is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their Gauteng branch. The organisation has a national footprint with branches in Johannesburg, KwaZulu-Natal, and Cape Town, and services clients across both public and private sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a strong understanding of government procurement processes and experience in IT hardware, software, and consumables.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively market the company’s products and solutions, building strong brand awareness.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on new and existing products and services.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts while identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Respond to client queries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Grow market share within both the public and private sectors.
  • Assist with setting up deal registrations and related documentation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Provide weekly sales reports to management.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or higher qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience within the Public Sector, specifically working with government agencies. (This is essential.)
  • Solid understanding of the government supply chain and procurement process.
  • Technical knowledge in at least one of the following areas is required:
    • IT Hardware & Software
    • Office Furniture
    • Computer Consumables
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Target-driven, solutions-focused, and self-motivated.
  • Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
  • Demonstrated ability to close sales effectively.

Our client, a very established and highly regarded private tertiary education institute are looking for Student Advisor/ Sales Consultant to join their team on the Parktown campus. This is not a work from home opportunity, you will work from the campus everyday.

Duties & Responsibilities

The purpose of the position it to provide expert advice and guidance to potential students related to higher education options with the intention of sign them up to study through the institution. You will advise on suitable educational paths and provide application assistance including financial options and scholarships.

You will establish connections with decision makers within schools, counsellors, and other professionals in the education field.

 You will connect with potential students through individual appointments, group sessions, workshops and other means.

 You will work towards and achieve set sales targets reached through enrolments.

 Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric

Minimum of 2 years sales experience

Own reliable vehicle and willingness to travel

Fluent Business English is a must

VIP Sales Consultant: Cellular Service

Our client delivers a high touch VIP service to Small to Medium Corporate businesses – helping these companies to analyze their cell phone contracts, identifying opportunities to reduce cost. Working as partners to the 4 cellular networks in South Africa, they handle the full implementation of suggested services on behalf of their clients and manage the account on an ongoing basis.

We are recruiting 2 Sales Consultants to join their team, to focus on the acquisition of new business. This is a fast paced, competitive industry and only the highly driven, energetic hunter type sales professionals should apply.

You must be more than happy to telephonically cold call or pound the pavements to find new customer opportunities. From there you will meet clients in person and online. This is done on an ongoing basis and once the account is secured, you will hand it over and continue to hunt for new business. You can call on companies nationally and are not bound by industry sector. For your efforts you will enjoy a successful close ratio of 1 in 3 and your service team will follow a robust implementation process you can be proud of.

You must come from a Business-to-Business Sales Environment and be familiar and comfortable working with a high-level service offering bound by set timeframes and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • You must have a current track record in B2B Sales of at least 3 years
  • You must be proficient in cold calling and new business development
  • You can hail from the services industry with a specific emphasis on previous high touch VIP services to Small to Medium Businesses (Corporate Travel Industry etc) – it is not required to have cellular experience specifically
  • Proof of commission earnings must be provided
  • Own reliable transport is a must as well as stable WIFI and Power Backup

On Offer:

Gross Salary of R20 000 per month. Additionally, you will receive a sim card to use for making calls. The commission structure is exceptional, you will earn a high percentage on deals written and enjoy an ongoing monthly annuity commission for a period of time after the client signs up despite the fact that you hand over the client.
