Sales Consultant: Horticulture

Introduction

Our client, a supplier of indigenous large trees and shrubs to nurseries, landscapers, corporate companies and gardeners are looking for a Sales Consultant to join their team covering the Gauteng region.    

Duties & Responsibilities

You must have some horticultural knowledge and be a strong, independent Sales Consultant who can work the Gauteng territory to gain orders.   Call on all nurseries as well as buyers from large retail chains stores which offer a gardening section and gain new orders. Maintain these relationships in order to obtain ongoing business from them.  

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric At least 5 years sales external experience You must have an understanding of plants and trees. This may be through a personal passion, or you must have worked in a similar environment. You must have your own vehicle to use for business purposes and it must be reliable and uphold the corporate image.    

Package & Remuneration

On offer: We will consider candidates who are currently earning a basic salary of between R15 – 25 000 plus commission. Offers will take into account your current earnings, sales track record and experience.   Salary will be a basic, petrol allowance and commission.   Apply today.
