You’ll be speaking to people daily, building client relationships, and representing a national brand — confidence is key, we need big personalities and even bigger ambition.
As a Sales Cadet, you’ll enter a structured 6-month development programme that equips you with the tools, product knowledge, and on-the-ground experience to grow into a full Sales Executive role.
You’ll also need to be detail-orientated and comfortable working with paperwork and structured corporate processes.

What you’ll need to bring:

- Strong communication skills and a natural confidence
- Resilience, grit and determination – not afraid of goals, targets or rejection

- Attention to detail – there’s lots of paperwork and processes to follow
- Matric minimum (tertiary studies a plus)
- Own reliable transport essential
- Based on or able to commute daily to the East Rand

R15 000 entry level base salary plus benefit contribution for the first 3 months. Thereafter, you will get added benefits like proportionate commission based on activity targets. Ultimately, on achievement of the Sales Position, you will receive a salary increase, company vehicle with fuel and full commission.
