A well-established and highly respected manufacturer supplying the construction and civil engineering sectors is looking for a dynamic External Sales Representative to join their growing team in Benoni. What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

• Identifying and securing new business opportunities

• Increasing sales volumes within your customer base

• Maintaining a structured client visit and call cycle

• Ensuring clients always have sufficient product supply

• Providing excellent customer service and problem-solving solutions

• Maintaining professional reports and sales administration

• Collaborating with internal departments to ensure clients receive the best service and solutions

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ external sales experience within construction, civil engineering, or industrial products

• Good knowledge of construction materials, contractors and project environments

• A confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven and highly organised

• Computer literate

• Valid unendorsed driver’s licence

• Willingness to travel for country trips when required

• Flexible and adaptable when business demands it

The Package

• Salary: R25 000 per month

• Attractive commission structure

• Company vehicle provided after successful completion of the 3-month probation period
