They are looking for a proven sales hunter โ€“ someone with the drive, energy, and credibility to open doors, chase down opportunities, and consistently deliver results.

Role Overview

This is not a desk-bound role. Success will come from being active in the field, constantly building relationships, and converting prospects into measurable business.

You will:

  • Use your broad industry network to get in front of the right people and spot opportunities early.
  • Bring market intelligence โ€“ knowing where projects are happening and how to position yourself ahead of competitors.
  • Hunt down new business and close deals, not just manage accounts.
  • Take ownership of targets and deliver, without needing to be pushed.

Location: Office based in Germiston. Work from the office on a Monday, the rest of the week is spent in field. Territories available are East Rand and Pretoria.
Salary: R25 000 gross per month. Company Vehicle and fuel card. Cell phone. Great commission and bonuses

You will be responsible for aggressively expanding the sales pipeline, securing high-value contracts within the construction, logistics and industrial sectors.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and secure high-value clients in target industries
  • Lead complex negotiations and close sales with confidence
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to contract signing
  • Deliver weekly sales reports and market insights to leadership
  • Attend major industry events and trade shows

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years sales experience within a similar market
  • You must be well versed in developing new clients from scratch. Cold calling is a must in this role
