Are you someone who thrives on coaching others, creating structure, and helping young people succeed?

We’re looking for a hands-on mentor and guide to support a team of junior Sales Cadets across the coastal region. These are first-time sales professionals, often in their first job, and they need someone who can provide steady support, clear expectations, and consistent follow-through.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coach, mentor, and guide junior sales staff across PE, Durban, and Cape Town
  • Instil a disciplined, activity-driven sales approach built on proven, traditional methods — picking up the phone, meeting face-to-face, and building real connectionsHelp cadets adjust to a structured corporate environment
  • Reinforce daily habits, admin discipline, and process adherence
  • Monitor individual progress and provide feedback to support their growth
  • Visit Durban and Cape Town teams periodically for in-person support
  • Be a patient, practical support system – but also hold them accountable

  • Experience mentoring or leading junior staff — ideally in a sales or service environment
  • A coaching mindset and genuine interest in people development
  • Strong admin and organisational skills (this is a process-driven environment)
  • Confident, consistent, and supportive in your communication style
  • Based in or near Port Elizabeth, with own transport
  • Willingness to travel periodically to Durban and Cape Town

Why This Role Exists:

These young cadets are stepping into unfamiliar territory — corporate expectations, client interaction, and structured sales processes. They don’t just need a manager. They need a mentor. Someone who can help them find their feet, stay on track, and believe in themselves.

If you’re steady, encouraging, and driven by people development — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.
