VIP Sales Consultant: Cellular Service

Our client delivers a high touch VIP service to Small to Medium Corporate businesses – helping these companies to analyze their cell phone contracts, identifying opportunities to reduce cost. Working as partners to the 4 cellular networks in South Africa, they handle the full implementation of suggested services on behalf of their clients and manage the account on an ongoing basis.

We are recruiting 2 Sales Consultants to join their team, to focus on the acquisition of new business. This is a fast paced, competitive industry and only the highly driven, energetic hunter type sales professionals should apply.

You must be more than happy to telephonically cold call or pound the pavements to find new customer opportunities. From there you will meet clients in person and online. This is done on an ongoing basis and once the account is secured, you will hand it over and continue to hunt for new business. You can call on companies nationally and are not bound by industry sector. For your efforts you will enjoy a successful close ratio of 1 in 3 and your service team will follow a robust implementation process you can be proud of.

You must come from a Business-to-Business Sales Environment and be familiar and comfortable working with a high-level service offering bound by set timeframes and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • You must have a current track record in B2B Sales of at least 3 years
  • You must be proficient in cold calling and new business development
  • You can hail from the services industry with a specific emphasis on previous high touch VIP services to Small to Medium Businesses (Corporate Travel Industry etc) – it is not required to have cellular experience specifically
  • Proof of commission earnings must be provided
  • Own reliable transport is a must as well as stable WIFI and Power Backup

On Offer:

Gross Salary of R20 000 per month. Additionally, you will receive a sim card to use for making calls. The commission structure is exceptional, you will earn a high percentage on deals written and enjoy an ongoing monthly annuity commission for a period of time after the client signs up despite the fact that you hand over the client. You must provide your own stable Wi-Fi connection and power backup for remote work.

Sales Representative & Account Manager: Audiology

Our client is a stable, national organisation offering top-tier hearing healthcare through a team of expert Audiologists, promoting healthy hearing through a tailored solution which embodies excellent customer service. With a Head Office in Pretoria and a footprint of 26 practices across South Africa, the company is best placed to develop lifelong professional relationships with their clients.

Whilst the company is structured and established, they have an adopted an entrepreneurial mindset within the business, being quick to implement changes and improvements to optimize opportunity and growth.

Each practice is set up within a shopping centre environment to maximize exposure to the public and potential clients. Within a practice, there is a team of 3 key individuals who work together to achieve goals and outcomes.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The Sales Representative forms part of the team of 3 working out of the practice however, you will predominantly be out seeing clients. You will call on retirement villages, care homes and any facility in the territory surrounding this practice to conduct presentations and quick hearing tests to establish whether the patient would benefit from a full test. You will follow up and drive business into the practice. You will assist the Client Relations Consultant to phone existing patients to offer hearing aid upgrades, with all efforts being with the sole outcome of maximizing the Practice Audiologist’s appointment book. Through this process, you will work towards a team target achievement for the practice per month.

Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • You must have your own car and drivers licence
  • You must reside within a reasonable distance from the practice (up to 10kms)
  • You must have sales experience in any field and have a good, natural ability to deal with older patients
  • You must be a clear, concise communicator in English and Afrikaans (fluent, non-negotiable)
  • Willingness to work at the practice when not out seeing a client

Package & Remuneration:

R20 – 25K Basic Salary plus commission which is based on a team/ practice target (Approximate R5 000). Your business fuel will be covered by the company

Telephone Sales Executive: Cellular

Our client, a stable company based in Centurion are looking for Telephone Account Managers to join their team to sell cellphone upgrades to existing customers.  

This is not a call centre position driven by high call volumes. The is a careful, customer centric, personable environment where your clients know you by name and can call you on your direct cell phone. You will offer superior personal service and get to know your customers by building and nurturing an exceptional business relationship with each one.  

You will be handed these existing customers and there is no cold calling requirements at all. You will make service calls and be there to upgrade when the client wishes to do so.  

 Desired Experience & Qualification:

  • You must be able to get to the office daily and be happy to work from there. No work from home options!!
  • You must be tech savvy!
  • If you have knowledge of cellphones, contracts etc this will be a huge benefit
  • You must have at least some relatable experience like telephone sales or customer service
  • You must without a doubt be a personable, well spoken, outgoing and confident individual who loves the phone and knows how to make an actual call and speak to people (not relying on whatsapp or emailed communication)
  • You must be very confident and able to work on Microsoft office
  • You must reside in Centurion or the closer side of Midrand

Package & Remuneration:

R10 – 15 000 per month plus a good commission structure where it is reasonable to earn an additional R5 – 6 000 per month. No real after hours work and you are office based from 8am – 4:30pm.
